「Perfect place for a couple or small family at a good price.The home was clean, check in was easy, location was great in a nice neighborhood close to anything you may need.Of course the best part is being directly on the lake with a dock. Excellent views of the lake from the entire back side of the home and a spacious deck overlooking the water.」

「We decided to try a different vacation on a lake this year A lot of the family had never been to a lake and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. The pool was an incredible perk and it had the best view of the lake. We could swim in the lake during the day and the pool at night. The pool had lights and a hot tub. The owner of the property was very responsive and kind. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 12. The setup was great too. I would highly recommend!」

「We loved our stay at this property. We had everything we needed and loved lounging on the dock and swimming in the lake. This vacation was the most relaxed I've ever seen my husband. We would definitely stay here again!」

「House very comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of outside seating . The waterfront access easy, being able to use kayaks and paddle boards and floats was great. Lovely quiet cove on Lake Norman.plenty of room for 20 people」

The weather wasn’t great while we were there so unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy the lake life more. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We were also greeted with their lovable boys. 「Great house, yard, dock, view, location, and very responsive hosts. When we weren't on the boat, we spent most of our waking hours on the covered deck, with ceiling fans to keep us comfortable. The yard was great for cornhole, badminton and CanJam. Would rent this house again!」

「Very lovely home with a beautiful yard and dock. Ideal for enjoying the outdoors. A few notes for anyone considering it: (1) there is a washer and dryer; (2) the yard is fenced, but the deck opens to the front, so it is not secured — this is easily remedied with something like a baby gate; (3) the deck is beautiful, but uncovered, so if you have a lot of rain, you may be stuck looking at the deck from inside — the dock has a covered area, as pictured, but it won’t be dry if there’s more than...

「Host was communicative and made the entire process so easy, including answering and questions or requests that popped up. House was clean and perfect for my group of friends and our boat for an amazing 4th of July. Tons of seating and places to hang out, we loved every second. Highly recommend!」
