The house had everything we needed, and the privacy was excellent. Parking was never a problem — there was always space right in front of the house. “Needed a place for the weekend to get to an appointment in Dayton on Saturday and do a bike ride in Yellow Springs on Sunday. It was just like the listing, cute place with the right amount of space for two people to eat, sleep and relax. Used the kitchen to cook dinner each night and had everything we needed. The little balcony was perfect spot to sit outside and read. The desk in the living room nook was perfect spot to get some work done. Trail access was really close (walking distance). It is……

Love the proximity to coffee (2 mins), grocery (4 mins) and Grandpa Joe's candy emporium store (8 mins). House was clean and we appreciate the stocked items made available. Wifi Internet didn't appear to be working but we don't really use it during our stay.”
