“We enjoyed our third stay in this comfortable home. Our host was a great communicator and checked to make sure we were happy. We especially like the central location.”

“Property was mostly clean. Cute house in nice area. Close to activities. Needs some TLC such as we only had one washrag for two people. Shampoo bottle empty. Wet towel in kitchen sink. Coffee can empty. Granddaughter loved use of bike. Garage had spider eggs. Mail in box. Just little more TLC”

“This house is perfect! We have plenty of room to hang out and there are plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space! This is a perfect location for those of us with events at the Champions Center! The house was clean, and always welcoming! The only thing different this time from the last time we stayed here is the insurance, you must purchase insurance or put a 5,000 hold on your credit card. I wish this were different but it didn't stop us from renting it for the weekend. ”

“Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. Had the stress of locating (and paying for) a hotel with an opening (UD parents weekend). Was waiting to do review to see if we could arrive……

“I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area”

“Our stay was amazing. Place was very nice clean and well kept. Pictures do not do it justice. Latrice the host is extremely nice easy to work with and very communitive. Within walking distance of a "outdoor mall" with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also within 10 to 20 minutes of very popular Dayton attractions.100% with out a doubt would recommend and definitely would stay again.”
