「Advertised as with pool and spa as an “Amenity” but was then told that this was a nearby attraction and completely separate even though there are more photos of this than the actual room on the listing very misleading. It literally says “on site fitness centre”.
They asked for an extra cleaning fee but still expected me to take the rubbish out and I had to clean cutlery/plates myself because they were dirty anyway.
The lake was also several blocks away so didn’t really see that.

「There is no pool ,other residents thought there was one aswell but told by every one there ,no pool onsite we ended up going swimming out which was expensive but worth it also ,apartment was amazing perfect for family's enjoyed our stay on」

「The only reason I gave 3 stars for the check-in process is because I have never experienced anything like this before. After this experience, I understand it better. The part of Bucharest where this property is located is very densely populated. More explicit pictures and a map of where the driving and building entrances are would be most helpful to the uninitiated like me.
The help that I got was superb!
Otherwise, the room was perfect, the kitchen well appreciated, the laundry most welcome....
