This fully renovated home in Cloquet, Minnesota, updated over the past five years, offers modern comforts and family-friendly amenities. Featuring central air, a tankless water heater, and a completely updated kitchen and bathrooms, the property ensures a comfortable stay. The first floor includes a kitchen stocked with appliances like a Keurig Duo coffee maker, crockpot, air fryer, and waffle maker, alongside essentials such as pots, pans, and wine glasses. The dining room, living room with a reclining sectional sofa and smart TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a queen bed complete the main level. Upstairs, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer provide ample space. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom with tub/shower, and a desk for a home office. One upstairs bedroom features an “NBA Jam” arcade machine, toys for children ages 0-6, and a toddler safety bed-rail.
