「We had a small group of guys that wanted to do a golfing and fly fishing trip. Staying at Lester River Pines was the perfect spot for us. 「you cannot beat the location of this property, close to beach and shops/restaurants. It is much smaller than expected from the pictures and descriptions (I.e. 2nd for living room is a small open space, there is no elevator, there is no game room, etc. The painted floors are peeling & get all over your feet and in your sheets (yuck) and there was a dangerous broken board on the exit of the patio doors. the guest cottage is really rustic and musty, not great. But the location was fabulous!」

「We loved staying at this new and very modern house. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation in Duluth. Unfortunately, the local ski resort closed early, but the house had great views of Lake Superior and the Spirit Mountain ski area. We had enough room to entertain our local family and relax during the trip. We loved the sauna! It is a great addition in cold wintery Duluth weather. We look forward to future trips at this house or in this neighborhood!」

The weather didn’t cooperate as well as we would’ve liked but there were other things to do like rock, climbing, ice-skating, and card games and video games.
