「Super friendly staff throughout the Hotel. Great position in resort short walk to the ski lift. This rating would have been excellent, however, although the breakfast offered an excellent choice the hot breakfast was not hot, hash browns under cooked, cold beans, cold bacon, cold scrambled eggs. Really enjoyed the bar and staff particularly friendly. We stayed 5 nights.」

The spa was adequate and the pool area is superb. My son had a flood problem in his room which took too long to resolve and when he was offered another room he had to move his own luggage. 「 l’accueil du personnel est parfait . Grande chambre avec belle terrasse au soleil et transats confortables . Dans la chambre manque un fauteuil cosy, pas de bouilloire pour prendre un p’tit thé ou café . Petit déjeuner buffet , très bien mais il manque des crudités . Dommage !! 」

「Great location near gondola with access to bars and restaurants within a quick walk. Not too noisy other than road clearing each morning which isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast is a small selection but has great cakes and meat. Comfy bed and bath in room which is a must. Great to be able to make tea in communal area.
