「A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! 」

「This was a little tougher than expected. However it was altogether nice. More like renting a resort cottage. Would be great for young couples or groups of friends. Lots of little extras having a full kitchen and laundry. Shower not really an option. Local area very quiet. This also meant few options for pubs or restaurants except the local grocer. Slept well with the windows open and enjoyed magnificent views of the mournes and water.」

「Sarah and Allen were amazing hosts! We just wanted to take a moment to thank them for sharing their beautiful cottage with us. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home — warm, welcoming, and filled with such authentic Irish charm.Their lovely St. Patrick's Cottage made our time in Downpatrick especially meaningful, giving us the perfect place to slow down, relax, and simply enjoy being together as a family. Spending precious time with our daughter and grandchildren in...
