「Arrived early. Staff went the extra mile to accomodate me even assigning me the requested floor. Had a question as to whether the HVAC unit was working properly and maintenance was there within 10 minures to show me how it worked. Great service!」

Even wrapped the English muffins and bagels with plastic wrap to prevent hand cross contamination.
