“This caboose stay was perfect for my train lover. We traveled as a family and there was something for all of us to enjoy. We got to feed theini horses, talked to the other barn animals, watched llamas, hiked to the playground, and admired the cabooses they had. “The home had plenty of sleeping space and a small den to relax in. The home was very clean, had plenty of towels, and is quite secluded. The cabin is located on a working ranch with 4 beautiful horses the owner let us feed long carrots to. It’s about 20min (mostly getting out of the property to the main road) to the Mt Pisgah National Forest and 35min to downtown Asheville. Our dog spent most of his time on the back porch and enjoyed the sights, sounds, and smells. We tried to fish the pond but……

“I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!”
