Great place off the beaten path.
Nice, big, clean home with 4 private bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Was perfect for our stay this weekend. Lots of space in the yard and a clear night sky around the house for viewing. Would definitely stay here again.

House was exactly ae shown in the pictures. House manager was accessible and helpes us immediately when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. The only thing that bummed us out was that there was no true fenced in area for the dogs. Would stay there again.

Perfect family getaway
We had a wonderful stay away from everything. This gave us the opportunity to spend quality time with family. With 5 teens, we spent quality time playing games, football, eating and enjoying each other. The house was nice and plenty of room for 8 people. Oscar was very accommodating and responsive. I would stay here again.

Felt like a little oasis from the hustle, but still close to the Golf Courses we were playing
Very accommodating, clean, quiet. Worked well for a group of three guys. Only negative was the smell from the sceptic from the bathrooms. My guess is the bathrooms plumbing will need to be redone to add pea traps and fumes exhausts.

Coachella House
This house was perfect for our group of 8. There a 4 nice rooms and three bathrooms. The house has no neighbors so there is not issue with noise and you have a nice front yard as well. Oscar was very responsive and helped with any questions we had.

Nice house, but property not as listing suggested
The house was great, everything very clean. There was a slight septic smell, but I understand this is normal with closed system plumbing and it was not persistent. Oscar was very responsive to any questions. As a recommendation, I would say if it's possible to install internet at the house, that would be a great improvement. The TV channel selection is good though. One thing we found unsettling at first was the inhabited trailer maybe 100 yards behind the house. From the listing, we were under the impression that the rental was for the whole property, but there were two people who appeared to live in the trailer and also worked on a truck parked behind the house. Since we didn't expect anybody, it was creepy to have the main gate be closed one moment or open the next, have a truck drive by slowly, back up, and peer into the house, and a woman walk past the kitchen window. Had we known, this in advance, we would still have booked, but we would have liked this to be clear.
