"The staff was exceptional. They were doing the best they could to keep up. Hotel was near sold out and it was obviously understaffed. Grime everywhere, crumbs in carpet, broken floor tiles in bathroom, large stains on furniture and bedding. We moved a chair to play cards and there were hair products ..."

Hot tub was ready when we arrived, the inside was very cute, and the location was great.What brought down the experience was the dishes/pots/pans and kayaks were dirty when we arrived, and the owner’s response was poor.
