「This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed in in my life.And I only stayed for thirty minutes after I was infested with bed, bugs and cockroaches. The ceiling was caved in and it was noisy the receptionist was not helpful courteous or offered any solution. We immediately left and was not offend an apology or a refund. Plus it was in one of the most dangerous areas of Guyaquil. Expedia you should remove this place from your listing for the safety of your guests」

「The staff and the breakfast were very good. Unfortunately when you arrive in the lobby there are two large dogs that live there in the lobby and they have a very strong dog smell, we could even smell it in our room.
