"Dear sir/s, please please quit taking away amenities away. No flip flops to walk on, 1 roll toilet paper, I had to bathe my butt 5 times in the morning, because I ran out of toilet paper (sorry, but I had the runs), that's "Tacky", no welcome cocktail, c'mon now! Concierge Team was excellent, but they need to study the vicinity and recommend good places not old "Woks". It's really sickening when a beautiful property trims the amenities for the sake of profit,...shame on you! Thank you i had an excellent stay! Cesar and the concierge team were great!"
