J’ai choisi cet hébergement dans le cadre d’une visite pour un tournoi de hockey. Les installations sont un peu vétustes. La douche est mal fixé, la télécommande de la télé était hors fonction. Déjeuner typique des Comfort Inn. À la hauteur de mes attentes. Par contre, j’ai mal dormi suite à un atrouppement d’une vingtaine d’adultes dans le corridor qui ont fait bruit jusqu’à 2 heures du matin. Je me serais attendu que la réception fasse respecter les règles de quiétude. J’ai été vraiment déçu de mon court séjour.

I entered a "sauna" my first day because the heat was set on high and left on for who knows how long. The archaic heating system is uncomfortable. I put it on low, then the room was too hot. I turned off the heat, then the room was too cold. The windows don't open. There was no way to control it for comfort. No shampoo conditioner was in the shower...I had to ask Front Desk to help. Housekeeping replaced towels after 3 days, but didn't replace bath mat nor leave me extra toilet paper. Again, I had to get Front Desk to help.

First they tried to charge me extra for the main floor reservation. No. Then the first room hadn’t been vacuumed , dirty floor, smelled of smoke. Next room okay until I looked. Filthy Kleenex holder. Lamp dusty. Room dirty. Ants infestation in bathroom. No cleaning service on weekends? Go elsewhere. Filthy Towers.
