「When we first entered the room, there was a dirty cleaning rag on one of the toilets, and there was blood on the second toilet's seat. There were lipstick lip marks on the couch and on the wall beside the couch. The chair at the desk in the room needs to be replaced (felt like you were sitting on a hole in the middle of the chair). The hot tub in the pool area had a foul odour and had lots of foam on the surface (indicative of a lack of proper chemicals being used - the foam is from skin, oil,...
