About this space
La Cabaña is a beautiful mountain retreat with everything you need for a stay of tranquility and encounter with nature. It is equipped for 4 people and located in the middle of native forests of Cypress, Coihue, Arrayan and Avellano. The view of Lake Inferior is truly spectacular.
In the surroundings of the Cabaña there are numerous trails that lead to even seeing the Argentine side from one of the viewpoints. Staying at this Cabin is an unforgettable adventure from start to finish.
The space
La Cabaña is a beautiful mountain retreat with everything you need for a stay of tranquility and encounter with nature.
To get to the place first, you cross Lake Tagua Tagua, surrounded by pristine mountains and wild waterfalls. And on the other side everything is brand new. It crosses the Valle del Puelo which is a beautiful, green and good people sector.
The road is still in ATV (led by the expert guide) passing through forests, pampas and amazing views.
Then you reach the Cabin, the perfect mountain retreat with a view that leaves you speechless.
Our guests can also book guided experiences to explore and get to know the surroundings of this wonderful place:
- Fishing Tour of the Lower Lake and Home of the Puelo River. Value: $20,000/hour - Expedition to the Milestone: A 3-hour boat ride in a total of 3 hours, which leads to a territorial border between Chile and Argentina, with landscapes that are truly stunning. Value $60,000
- Kayak Rental for Lake Sailing. Price: $5,000/hour
* Meal service provided (separate value). For special requests, please consult with advance notice.
* For guests traveling from/to Argentina, we offer the option of transfer to Lago Puelo by boat (the trip takes one hour).
** Roundtrip transfer to the Cabin, in quad and/or motor boat, is at no cost for guests.
** You can park in the woods near the river where you cross into the cabin. That's free, but it's an open property. If they wish, they can park their car in a private enclosure where they will always be sheltered. The owner of that venue charges $2,000 per day.
Guest access
Free use of Kayak is part of the experience and comes at no cost to guests.
The same with the transfer to and from the Cabin, by ATV and/or motorboat.
