"If you have to stay in room 201 refuse the room the air conditioner blows in directly in your face but if you turn it off the room turns into an oven. Staff are well aware of the problem in the room. We got moved from one room to another when we wanted to stay an extra day- a king suite o a queen ..."

"Check-in after hours took about 20 min, but was straightforward. I suspect it would have been quick had I arrived during office hours. The instructions for buying parking I received ahead of time didn't work. However, there was a QR code to scan at the check-in desk that worked fine, even after hours. ..."
