"Our stay at Casa Timlin was GREAT! We utilized the concierge for all our transfer needs and excursions. Reyna was a delight to see every morning and we asked her to cook us up a wonderful meal that we had at the house. Walking distance the beach and restaurants. The pool was a delight for the afternoon sun. Accommodations were very comfortable and The stereo system was a BONUS. Casa Timlin is a definite 10 !!! Book it! Before someone else does! "

"Had the best time at this beachside hotel. Very quaint with only a handful of rooms that are all steps to the ocean. The food was fabulous and the area was safe and walkable to other fabulous restaurants. Coco was our favourite beach, calm waves, beautiful sandy swimmable ocean! And best of all no one trying to sell you crap on the beach! Very walkable beach, we loved everything "

"Hidden gem. We were up in the mountains where it rained so decided to spend last night of our trip in cocoa Beach area. Rooms spotless host amazing and the best part as an animal lover was the rescue animals that are on the property. I have two myself. Will definitely be back."

The property is gorgeous, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with breathtaking views that made the stay feel truly special. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming, which made everything effortless from start to finish. It was the perfect setting for a romantic getaway, and I would happily stay here again."

"This listing is misleading. The hotel is pretty run down. The pool and "beach club" were not available - they told us the pool was not working. There is a fridge in the room but there is no coffee pot or teapot. It's a very basic hotel. More like a motel. It is 2 blocks from the beach. They do not have a restaurant - they give you a wristband to get breakfast at a restaurant across the street and it was not good. We would not stay here again. Also the young girl at the front desk was not very knowledgeable and could use more training. "
