"Excellent property! The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed it. Melina was great! I recommend having her book your airport transportation as it couldn’t have been any easier. She also answered any questions we had very quickly. It’s close the main road with shopping and restaurants, but I recommend renting a golf cart to get around. Will definitely save this property for next time!"

"We have just finished a week's vacation at the hotel. It should be noted that the property is very beautiful, with an amazing view of the sea, but there are a few minuses that are important to note. The hotel is built of several parts on different levels and it is very inconvenient to walk from the rooms to the pool and restaurants. Yes, there is a golf cart shuttle service, but you have to call to reserve. We were there during a period when the weather was very hot, very humid, in the restaurant that functions as a dining room, the air conditioning is almost not noticeable, so it is unpleasant to eat there, the kitchen is not run efficiently, the dishes are delayed much longer than normal. Although the hotel is very, very expensive, the spa is not included in the price, using the sauna costs a hundred dollars per person per day, simply outrageous. There are no umbrellas in the pools and it is difficult to avoid the strong sun."

"Incredible experience! Could not have been better! Highly recommend!Francisco was kind and helpful from the first email right after we booked to the day we checked out. The house is spectacular and they thought of everything you could ever want down to the yoga mats. The view is breathtaking! Highly recommend the option for breakfast (for an extra charge and worth every penny- Emma and David were amazing). We will be back!"

"I was very impressed by the overall condition of the house, the ease of check-in, and the availability of the host. Casa Timlin was exactly what we needed for our stay in Costa Rica. The house was very well stocked, even with items that you may not expect in a vacation rental such as spices, foil, and aluminum foil. We went out and explored most days, but always ended up back there to cook dinner and enjoy the beautiful pool and sunsets. Highly recommended."
