Unit 501

Had a wonderful stay especially seating outside seeing the sunrise with our coffee. Kayaking through the mangroves was especially nice and watching the ships go by and the space rocket being sent up.

Good property

Great location. Great views. Easy access to the beach. Can walk to Ron Jon’s and a mini golf course. Place is huge. A few small quirks but nothing big. Would stay here again.

A Cocoa Beach Weekend Getaway

As a family, we typically stay in Indian Shores for a week during this time of year. However, the Hurricanes damaged the condo. We started searching for a suitable place in Cocoa Beach and found this wonderful Oceanfront condo. Although the book was very late, it was easy, and communication from the owners was timely. We enjoyed our time in the condo, the beach, and restaurants around Cocoa Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth time staying at this unit. Every time we walk through the door it’s like reading an old friend. Everyone knows where their bedroom is. Everyone knows where everything is in the kitchen. The couch is super comfy. The table is large for board game nights and cards and puzzles And the wraparound porch is perfect for a large gathering afternoon nap and watching the sunrise. The location is stellar and the views are insane. Do not expect super fancy furniture because it is after all on the beach, but it is comfortable and it is clean. The property manager is very kindand the added bonus of two underground parking spots means a little extra room. We absolutely love it here and can’t wait for our return visit next season.

Cocoa Beach vacation

We had to relocate from Madeira Beach do to the hurricane. We found this condo on short notice. The place is nice, big, and has great views of the ocean.

Perfect week on the beach

We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!

The condo was very roomy. We had our Family Thanksgiving. The kitchen could use more skillets, and better ccokware. The pool was not heated. The access to the beach was great. The view from the massive deck was fabulous.

Family vacay

We had a great time the condo is very spacious wish we could buy one like it. It just needs a little TLC perhaps new furniture. Great location. Small pool😕. Love the parking garage and the convenient carts to haul all our stuff, specially groceries. We will come back again! ❤️✔️⛱️

Everything was very nice except we didn't have a key for the front doors to use the elevator so if we walked somewhere we had to either use the stairs to the first floor elevator or carry the garage door opener with us. But the location made up for it.

Everything was wonderful except the furniture. Beautiful condo with beautiful view but all kitchen chairs ready to fall apart and stools very old and worn. Besides that, highly recommend!

We really enjoyed it here

It was really nice. Everything was clean when we arrived. Check in was very easy (our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night).The beds were comfortable. The front door lock is a little touchy but can be figured out. The view is beautiful and the huge wrap around balcony was great. There was a lot of beach toys and chairs left by other guests and private easy access to the beach. During our stay there were also many towels which was nice for our large family. My family really enjoyed our stay here. No complaints from us.

Great location and views

Our Family gathered in Cocoa to celebrate a birthday. We rented this top floor condo on the beach because it’s a smaller building and nearby to everything and everyone we like in Cocoa. The condo met our expectations and was the perfect spot for our family with three bedrooms, ample space in the living/ dining room and outside wrap around deck on the ovean. The communication with the agent Cathy was excellent and I have to say that she was most friendly and responsive to our needs. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, Beach stuff, comfortable beds, updated appliances, peace and quiet. The furniture could use an upgrade as well as the beach chairs but All in all an excellent week. We’d come back for sure. Thank You Cathy!

Seaside Serenity and Mix of Cleanliness Issues.

This property had the most beautiful ocean front view with a wrap around balcony. The design of the condo is so very beautiful and has so much potential to present much better, especially for the cost and marketing as a luxury condo. While we were there, we ran into a minor issue with the garage door opener. Luckily, Cathy, the property manager, was quick to respond and provided us with a replacement without delay. On the downside, we found the cleanliness of the property to be a bit lacking. The furniture was heavily stained, dining room chairs broken, cupboards were dirty, and the floors were in need of a good scrub. In fact, we ended up buying a Swiffer to give the floors a thorough cleaning ourselves. We also think there was mold on the vents. We want to stay at this complex again, but just a different condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives:The location is awesome! Hard to beat. The underground Parking was great. The size of the unit is spacious and the views were amazing. Great washer and dryer as well. The porch is large with plenty of seating... unbeatable.Negatives:Everything inside seems dated and old. Needs new sheets, furniture, fixtures, etc. It has inflatable mattresses but they have holes. The unit has beach chairs and body boards which are broken or rusty. Most dishes seemed clean but others were suspect. The unit is in need of some serious TLC. Because of this, you don't come away with a super clean feeling. With a new face lift, the unit can be spectacular.
