Great location right across a 1 way street to the beach. The road traffic did not bother us, a few times emergency vehicles passed but that was all we could hear. House was perfect for 5 adults and 3 kids. We never felt crowded, plenty of space. The kids and grandparents loved the foosball table. Shower outside was perfect for rinsing off. Everything we needed was found in the kitchen and in great condition. They did have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a wagon that were all in great shape. We only live a few hours away and are already planning on a return trip next year. One recommendation is to put door mats on each of the doors inside or outside to prevent sand from entering. They did have a broom and vacuum that we used so it helped! We rented with no reviews and it exceeded my expectations.
