Excellent resort on the ocean with great quality service. I took off one star because at check-in the ocean front room I was given had absolutely no view of the ocean. The next day I was able to switch to an ocean view room hince the overall 4 star rating.

The staff was generally helpful and pleasant. However, on the morning we left for the airport at around 5:00AM, we had returned our bracket keys used to enter the rooms and the resort. My daughter had to go back in from the car to use the restroom. The double doors at the entrance to the resort were not completely closed so she used her hands to pry them open. The doors did open but the lone staff at the desk (a middle aged bald guy) was rather rude to her. He raised his voice in a mean, if not threatening way, shouted at her and said, ”that is break and enter!” He kept saying it and waving his hands as she was making her way to the restroom. She was upset when she returned to the car. It’s regrettable that this was our last interaction with resort staff, as everyone else during our stay was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

The resort is five star perfect. It is our favorite place to stay. The staff is outstanding and there are lots of activities to keep everyone happy and busy. The Cocoa Beach area is a great place to spend time in the sun at any time of the year!
