Issues with housekeeping.Called in for more towels and toilet paper..After two hours,we left the room to go somewhere and a housekeeper was two doors down from our room.I waited until she left the room and asked her politely that we needed towels, toilet paper, and lotion and stated our room number.The housekeeper had this look that she didn’t know what I was talking about and said to me “ I don’t know that room.I don’t speak any English.”I couldn’t believe that she had no idea which room I was talking about and what floor she was at.She didn’t even have an accent when she spoke and what she said was appropriate English.I believe she didn’t want to do anything and I don’t have any patience for people playing dumb.I spoke with the same gentleman I spoke with it at the front desk and informed him that we still needed towels, toilet paper, and lotion.He was surprised that we didn’t receive any of these items yet since I had called over two hours ago.I informed him of my conversation with current housekeeper on our floor and he stated “That’s strange” when I told him that she didn’t know where our room was and that she didn’t speak any English.We stayed for a few days and we made our own beds and took out our trash so I don’t think we were being difficult in asking for towels and toilet paper.When we came back, towels and toilet paper were just laid on the bathroom counter haphazardly and the dirty towels were not taken to be cleaned.Stay was fine. Housekeeping not so much.

Was a great place to stay. Hotel was conveniently located. All staff was great. Our room was big and clean. My only nit pick is the laundry room could be tended to more. Washers needed to be cleaned out. We will stay here again.

The property and staff are great. The breakfast is good I would say, nothing spectacular but still good. My complaint or complaints are that from my visit three months ago there is still only one elevator in service and that one malfunctioned on my last night, forcing me to climb five flights. To be fair it was repaired within a few hours, however still only one elevator functioning. Secondly, this visit I'm suddenly charged a $10 parking fee per night which I didn't have to pay on my last two visits...disappointing.

Always a clean well run hotel. My only gripe is one of the two elevators was not working. The same situation when I stayed there 6 months earlier. The only other negative was the initiation of a $10 overnight parking fee. Totally unnecessary and leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
