「When I checked in I was told that I did not pay.
After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room.
The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater.
Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes.
No attention by the staff and very poorly trained.
What a disappointment 」
「There were cockroches in the bathroom. According to the Hoteis.com the breakfast was included, but according to the owner the site was wrong, and offered the breakfast with a charge.」

- trotz dreimaliger Kontaktaufnahme vorab bzgl. unserer Essensvorstellungen (aus Allergiegründen vegane Ernährung erforderlich) und erneuter Thematisierung bei Ankunft wurden wir zu einem Buffet geführt, an dem es nahezu ausschließlich Fleisch und Milchprodukte gab. Aus Verlegenheit wurde uns mit Brühe versalzenes Gemüse als Alternative...

Als Ausgangspunkt für den Addo NP ist es perfekt. 7 Autominuten zum South Gate.
Das Zimmer wirkt eher dunkel und die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hatten wir das kleine Appartement Richtung Strasse und konnten aufgrund des LKW Verkehrs sehr schlecht schlafen.」
「Hotel was nice, although we were the only guests, which felt slightly strange. There had been a mix up and we got a double room instead of a twin but it was sorted out and we were given breakfast as an apology. Large comfy room and pleasant staff. We went to a nice restaurant within walking distance but the location didn't really feel ideal.」

What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on...
「It was a pleasant stay. Especially since it was a last-minute booking and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my son and I. Would love to have my own remote for the gate next time I pop in. But overall, a neat little gem. Value for money...」
「Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Zimmer war ebenfalls gut und das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet. Als kleinen Hinweis für die Gastgeber wäre noch zu überlegen, eine weitere indirekte Beleuchtung im Zimmer. Sonst sehr zu empfehlen.」
