“Very clean which was great. No air-conditioning and no fans which during a heatwave made it quite unpleasant. It was absolutely not clear on booking that the pool is over 18s only. The pool was the only reason we picked this property and our 14 and 16 year old were excited to cool off in the pool, to be told they couldn't was hugely disappointing. There appears to be a restaurant but we were told it is not open in the evenings.”

“Le personnel, l'acceuil et l'emplacement son excellents, mais ce n'est pas assez pour oublier la manque d'attention aux détails qui devrait avoir un 4 étoiles. Des tâches sur un tapis si sale qui est absolument dégueulasse, des petits insectes blancs dans le placard , des fourmis partout à la salle de bains, le frigo ne fonctionne pas, pas de climatisation, le parking est payant et on doit résérver (on ne l'averti pas mais on vous annoce que le parking est complet dès que vous recevez la……

“We stayed at this hotel for four days because it is advertised as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the service was nowhere near 5-star standards. We arrived early in the morning after a long transatlantic flight. Our reservation stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. At check-in, Sofia told us our room was occupied and that we would receive a text as soon as it was cleaned.
