Amazing place!

This property was exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. Loved having a place to come back to and relax after busy days preparing for a wedding. It was amazing!!

Very Relaxing

Our stay here was very relaxing. Check in and check out is super easy. Being able to park our motorcycle in the garage was great. Bret recommended a couple of places to eat and they were great. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

First time Idaho

Visit our sister in law, she lies right around the corner from this property. Everything was close by. It was a cute house. The only thing I thought the bedroom could use was a dresser to put our clothes in. And to have a counter top Otherwise everything was perfect. Will stay again

Quiet little place with privacy and a comfortable feeling. Well appointed and needed nothing. The owners were quick to respond to any messages and were helpful. I'll look forward to booking it again the next time I visit friends in town.

Wedding was a success!

We attended our sons weeding in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Place, location (15 minutes from all three places we needed to be during our stay) was perfect. Owners were available if we needed anything. It was a wonderful trip! David

Convenient and perfect for what we needed

Bret and Megan were very nice and helpful in checking in and talking with us. We really enjoyed the house and its location near our son's baseball tournament. It was just what we needed. When our game schedule changed, Bret was accommodating in letting us have a late checkout. We will definitely look to stay here again on future trips to Post Falls.

Great Stay!

My husband and I moved to Idaho to live next to our family! We stayed here so we could get settled and get to know the area a little better! The host was wonderful at communicating! When we got to the VRBO-the dishwasher needed some screws to hold it in place, and he came within a couple hours to fix it! Bret was very nice, and friendly! The place was clean, tidy, and the garage was a wonderful bonus!!

Fantastic Getaway

What a fantastic home away from home this place is! I booked a stay at this VRBO to explore North Idaho, and to get away and relax. The rental exceeded my expectations! The place is sqeaky clean, quiet, and 100% fully equipped with everything you need. Another big bonus is the central location; very easy to find, and central to every city I had a goal to check out. Having a washer and dryer is also extremely helpful. The location is also extremely quiet, allowing for rejuvinating restful sleep. The owners Bret and Morgan, are extremely friendly and helpful, and are very quick to respond to any questions. Check-in and out is a breeze. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, look no further! I am already planning my return getaway in the winter, and hope this place will be available for my return trip.

It would have been nice to have a dresser to put the clothes in. Then that it was a sweet stay.

Great Place

This mother-in-law home is perfect for a person wanting a home versus a hotel. It has everything one would need including a great variety of spices for cooking. I wasn’t there long enough to whip up any chow but I could have easily! Another wonderful perk was I was able to park in a garage! I usually keep my vehicles garaged so this was a wonderful plus. Total privacy is another great amenity plus the front of the home covered patio was wonderful. Landscaping was immaculate and full of color. Just wonderful. I will absolutely get in touch with the hosts next time in town.

Great Little Place

I loved this space with its easy access and garage parking. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well maintained. Comfy bed and couch. Nice built-in desk space for working remotely. I look forward to staying again as I have family in Post Falls but like having my own place.

Great Place!

This one bedroom worked great for my husband and I. We were in the area for 5 days and were looking for something a little bigger than a hotel room. The living room, kitchen and separate bathroom along with the affordable price made it perfect!
