The house was perfect for my son and I! I was able to to get some work done while he attended the IronWood throwing camp. It was also great to have garage access, which allowed me to bring my bike with me on the trip and enjoy some outdoor time in-between.

Very Relaxing

Our stay here was very relaxing. Check in and check out is super easy. Being able to park our motorcycle in the garage was great. Bret recommended a couple of places to eat and they were great. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Quiet little place with privacy and a comfortable feeling. Well appointed and needed nothing. The owners were quick to respond to any messages and were helpful. I'll look forward to booking it again the next time I visit friends in town.

Visit our sister in law, she lies right around the corner from this property. Everything was close by. It was a cute house. The only thing I thought the bedroom could use was a dresser to put our clothes in. And to have a counter top Otherwise everything was perfect. Will stay again

Great Little Place

I loved this space with its easy access and garage parking. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well maintained. Comfy bed and couch. Nice built-in desk space for working remotely. I look forward to staying again as I have family in Post Falls but like having my own place.

Wedding was a success!

We attended our sons weeding in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Place, location (15 minutes from all three places we needed to be during our stay) was perfect. Owners were available if we needed anything. It was a wonderful trip! David

Convenient and perfect for what we needed

Bret and Megan were very nice and helpful in checking in and talking with us. We really enjoyed the house and its location near our son's baseball tournament. It was just what we needed. When our game schedule changed, Bret was accommodating in letting us have a late checkout. We will definitely look to stay here again on future trips to Post Falls.

Great Stay!

My husband and I moved to Idaho to live next to our family! We stayed here so we could get settled and get to know the area a little better! The host was wonderful at communicating! When we got to the VRBO-the dishwasher needed some screws to hold it in place, and he came within a couple hours to fix it! Bret was very nice, and friendly! The place was clean, tidy, and the garage was a wonderful bonus!!

The bed is very uncomfortable! The living room sofa is also uncomfortable as the sofa is a pull out. Not good for taller people. It is on a busy main road in a decent neighborhood. Not quiet, as advertised. Heard lots of road noise into the night. No curtains just blinds, so you can’t block out the street light at night. No dresser. Did ask for a foam pad or something to help with the comfort of the bed, but was told there wasn’t one available. It was our Anniversary so we cut our stay short by 2 days as we needed to be able to rest and enjoy ourselves. Had to get accommodations else where on short notice. No refund was offered. It was nice to park our car in the garage. The host was responsive to text in a timely manner and did provide a fan when asked to try and drown out the road noise. We have stayed all over the country in VRBOs for many years. This was our first bad experiences d review. Would not recommend, unless you are good with the above.

Baseball Tournament

We have stayed at a lot of properties through VRBO and this is easily top 3 of all. The checking was flawless. The owners live next door but you would never know. The property is very nicely manicured and quiet. We were running a little tight on schedule the last day of our tournament and requested to check outblate. Bret did not hesitate to allow a late check out. This was a wonderful stay and we would stay here again if the occasion arises. Wonderful!
