Staff was friendly. Check in was in a room down the hall because of construction but no big deal. However, I had to change rooms because the one I was assigned reeked of pot. The next room was good. Also, no breakfast - again because of construction.

Well the curtains were stained and had paint splatters, the comforter was dirty, and the shower curtain had holes in it and the window track was dirty. Also they were remodeling so somethings weren’t their fault. I’d say the staff was very nice, I’d be willing to try again. So it was ok.

Room was clean. But we did check out early. The place is under renovations (which is great) but the bathroom cosmetics was dingy. Out of the 4 days we were there, no house cleaning. We ended up buing trash bags to take out our trash, and the bathtub was clogged, so taking a shower was not all that comfortable. Outside of the basics, the beds were comfortable and overall television experience was pretty good.

I was notified the morning after my ability to cancel my reservation that the hotel lobby was under renovations. The use of the breakfast amenities was effected by this making my family's stay there less than ideal.

I wish they had put in their booking site that they were under construction. There was no breakfast as their kitchen was not working and they were checking guest in in one the rooms. Went to see what they had for breakfast and they had 2 burritos in the small refrigerator and one yogurt. Would definitely recommend they put let guests know anmbout the construction.

The beds were comfortable although all three beds had ripped bed skirts. The room was also missing bath towels but the front desk man gave me two when I asked for them. With a room that sleeps six it seems like he would've offered more than two though. The pool room was extremely humid, water was dripping off the ceiling and they were short on towels in there as well. Again, I got some from the front desk man when I asked. Breakfast was decent although it was lacking some of the basics... There was cereal but no milk, waffles but no syrup. Hotels with three queen beds in one room are hard to find for a decent price so we've stayed here a few times. This last time (Dec 2025) I was a little unimpressed.

We got here and now they want an additional $150 damn dollars!!!! This is not okay at all- I'm going to the hospital in the morning and i don't have that kind of money. How sad.

Need improvement to get more extra towel for only swimming pool indoor on shelf and those towel should stay in the room for pre shower and afterwards shower after swimming and need repainted the swimming indoor area. Notice there large chips in water and can feel sharp chips on bottom where 4" area and can feel edge chips that need to be repaired. But overall definitely would like come back someday because like the hottub and it help me more relaxing and like jet bubbles are best. And also like the rooms are very nice! However need change cold refrigerated that have ice to keep cold separate from cold food becuz cant get ice cube box becomes freezing for my food to keep cold for my returning back home. At the point definitely would like to come back again

The older lady working the front desk in the morning had nothing but attitude, the bath tub in our room didn't drain, the pool area has peeling paint, the filter in the hot tub was not collecting the debris in the water, overall I would not recommend this hotel. I expected better from this name brand hotel

It took minutes for attendant to come to fro t desk for us to check in. No remote control in the bedroom, no cord on the room telephone so could not call front desk. Loud music and dog barking in other rooms. Elevator had a horrible odor and some sort of sticky liquid on the floor.

Our check in was quick and convenient. We were directed to our room which was clean and sufficient for our overnight stay for medical treatment. The young man at the desk was polite and efficient.

The property was generally clean, quiet and the staff were nice. The price was right. I felt the bathroom needed some updates (poor/dirty caulking, patches on the ceiling ect). Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd choose it again.
