“Family owned and run hotel. This is right on the water at the juno beach pier. Has an attached restaurant that had extremely quick service with good food! 10min delightful walk to the juno beach center! Rooms are by no means sound proof and could hear others speaking in their rooms (mumbles not clear). The bed was comfy and room was small. Would certainly stay again if to do another euro trip!”

“Pour quelqu’un qui s’attends à un Bed and breakfast, qui est à l’aise à ce qu’il n’y ai pas de stationnement privé, que la porte de chambre ne barre pas et qu’il y ai deux chats dans la maison, c’est vraiment très bien ! Thierry et Sophie m’ont accueillis les vras ouverts, pris le temps de discuter avec moi et me faire des recommandations en plus de me donner des informations pertinentes sur le secteur. Ils sont adorables :) De mon côté ça ne repondait pas à mes attentes mais j’ai quanf même……

“The apartment does not overlook the beach - it faces a park & parking lot. The apartment was very basic - everything was extra, including a second blanket (which we could have used, since we could not understand how to turn up the heat). There were 3 locks on the door, the floor in the bedroom creaked & it felt like we were going to fall through. There weren’t any lights in the hallway & the street was noisy. The listing said they spoke English but every communication & the whole guide book were……

“The location was great. Right on Juno beach. Bedding was missing upon arrival. Contacted host twice via the contact host link (text via what’s app). No response and then I tried to phone but the number did not work. Finally just before 10 pm the host brought a sheet, 2 pillow cases, duvet cover, 2 towel, and one dish towel. The floor at the edges was dirty, missing extra toilet paper, fire detector sitting on counter. The hallway coming in smells terrible. We bought our own toilet paper and hand……

“No bedding supplied - this is unacceptable. Listing on Expedia made no mention of this, nor of the extra charge. After making unrefundable booking, owner told me bedding & towels were not included and sent me to a property management website, which had no information on how to order bedding and did not reply to my message. I contacted owner prior to arrival and found that bedding was not available. Owner refused to provide refund. This was the worst experience I've had in over 10 years……
