This welcoming 135 m² property offers mountain views and a perfect setting for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The property has 3 bedrooms distributed across two floors: on the main floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and bidet, a spacious lounge with air conditioning, wood-burning fireplace and a fully equipped independent kitchen. On the lower floor there are two additional bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) together with a second bathroom with shower and bidet.



The exterior is one of the great attractions of the house: private garden, 40 m² terrace, wood or charcoal barbecue and private pool. Furthermore, the property has an outdoor play area with football goals, basketball hoop, darts, trampoline and swing, making it an ideal option for families.



The accommodation has wifi, security alarm, mosquito nets throughout the property, washing machine, two televisions (one of them a Smart TV), electric radiators and fans, guaranteeing comfort at any time of year. It also offers a cot and high chair for babies, parking within the plot and spacious outdoor areas to relax with views of the rural surroundings.



The accommodation accepts pets upon request, so you can enjoy your holiday accompanied by your pet and share the experience together in the heart of nature. 🐾



Located just 3 km from Coín town centre, you will have supermarkets, restaurants and all services nearby, whilst Fuengirola beaches are about 28 km away and Málaga capital is just over half an hour's drive away.

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are admitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the booking. 🐾

🔹 Security system with alarm (disconnected during the traveller's stay).

🔹 Parties and noise are not permitted during rest hours.

🔹 It is recommended to take out travel insurance in case of any water restrictions decreed by the authorities.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 21:00 onwards incur an additional cost that must be paid upon check-in.
