「Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. 「A few issues. The front security door cannot lock. One dining room chair needs fixing. The TV in the main bedroom only works on channel 31. Obviously not hooked up to the Set top box in the lounge room. The courtyard was a mess. It's is understandable that there are leaves falling from the tree next door but its not been cleaned in a long time. The cloths washing machine had a lot of unused dishwashing powder in the detergent holder. Possibly due to the powder might be fir hot water washes but...
