“Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night.”

“Great place to stay; easy and convenient. A great comfy place and has almost everything you may need. One important note…there are no closets and nowhere to put your clothes to hang them up. We were there for UVM Graduation. So had to live out of suitcases. A bit of confusion with checkout…you call Housekeeping when you leave….which I did…but the number had no working voicemail. Sent a note….never heard from anyone.”

Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again”

“It was clean and set up as expected. The neighborhood was quiet. Unfortunately, our check-in did not go well. When we used the key code, we got a message that said the dead bolt was stuck. The phone number the host provided was incorrect so we couldn’t get a hold of them. VRBO helped us get in touch. This threw off our plans a bit. The host was available later to help us get the stuck sofa bed pulled out. I wish the sheets better fit the sofa bed and I wish they had some soft pillows. ……
