"The house was clean, safe, and check-in process was smooth. Being on the water was nice to look at from afar. It served our purposes as we wanted to be near Jones Beach for a concert. However, several expectations were not met. This is listed as a "beach house" but there were no beach chairs or towels to bring to the beach. (Owner told us there would be via messaging.) "We chose this hotel based on the good reviews I read here and I was satisfied. It was clean, quiet, and had a good breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome. We had a slight heat issue due to the heat lamp in the bathroom, but it was our fault, and they came to fix it very quickly. Yes, the carpet is old, but at least it's clean. It's also very well located for seeing the Islanders at the UBS Arena."
