「Very nice & clean rooms」

「Recently stayed one night while traveling for a family function. Hotel was very clean, room was big, and everything appeared new/well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff. From the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in late to the ladies running the breakfast in the morning, everyone was friendly and personable and really seemed to take pride in their job. I would absolutely stay here again. 」

「We stayed for a weekend while my son played in a baseball tournament. The room worked great for us. Close to the fields, easy access to restaurants. The rest of the team was jealous as we walked to our place and they drove 25 minutes to their hotels. Ryan was quick to respond to anything and very friendly.」

「Good clean place to stay」

「The condo was very comfortable and clean. The posting on VRBO did not mention the railroad track running directly by the property. We were awakened by a train in the middle of the night. We stayed one night and for the price we paid, we did not expect to have to clean the condo before we left. Total cost ended being double the posted price and we were threatened with additional fees if we did not clean up. It just seemed hostile for the price we paid.」

「This had everything we wanted. Walking to local restaurants, close to attractions, and space. We were in town for a baseball tournament so it was nice to be able to wash uniforms, relax during rain delays, and be close to all the ball fields. The apartment was clean and bright. Communication with the host was great. We were worried about parking the first night, but it didn't seem to be a problem throughout the weekend. The only downside, the coffee shop in town was closed for the weekend and...

「Was a very nice stay. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants. Centrally located to downtown and not far from Field of Dreams. If we're ever in Dyersville again, I'd definitely look to stay here.」

「The pictures do not do this place justice! This house is beyond amazing. Activities for all ages and plenty of room for a full baseball team and families. The owners were more than accommodating with our baseball schedule as well. This place is a must rent for any ages.」

The owners stay on the property (they are pretty far away from the house) in an RV/shed and come and go, which I didn’t expect, but do not interfere with your stay. The house was perfect and we could not have asked for a better place to stay while in town visiting family. We would definitely come again and are grateful for being able to stay in their beautiful home.」

「This large house had everything we needed with plenty of room to spread out. Located just 2 blocks from a wonderful park with walking path, the baseball museum and 3 fun restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.」

「We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful Stone House with so much history behind it! The countryside is absolutely breathtaking. Colesburg has a Tavern with great food and the locally owned gas station has a variety of homemade food and local locker meats and cheeses. We enjoyed the simple quite atmosphere and felt rejuvenated when we left. Will definitely be back!!!」
