「This spot is perfectly located. We were just there for a quick overnight, not thinking too much about it, but it worked out so well that I'd just rebook here in the future. Lovely neighborhood, lush green yard, lots of easy parking, just a few minutes walk to the cute downtown, and right by the highway for driving off to the river or hikes. 「The property is very spacious, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen is wellequipped. Game room is also fun for kids. Host is very responsive. The extra room by the basement can have additional carpet and heating during winters. We had a fun stay!」

「This tiny house was a wonderful place to stay in Grass Valley. It had everything we could need or want provided. The home itself was impeccably clean and easy to find. The space itself feels larger due to it's high ceilings (when not under a loft). The neighborhood was quiet and had trails not far away. Rose was very thoughtful with everything inside and communicated well. Would recommend!」
