New hotel in Piacenza has excellent staff and clean/well appointed rooms. I few things that I noticed that have room for improvement. To enter the hotel requires a flight of stairs - which is cumbersome with luggage. I'm certain that a smoother entry could have been included in the major renovation ...

Attention aux ascenseurs trop souvent en panne. Les couloirs des étages sont en fort mauvais état et les travaux de rénovation n’en finissent pas depuis des années ! L’hôtel mérite un petit coup de jeune. Il faudrait qu’il retrouve l’état qu’il avait du temps Holiday Inn………..!!! Je suis une fidèle ...
