COLICO (LC) - Ideal for families, nature lovers, sports and culture enthusiasts! The approx. 95 m² maisonette apartment is located in a small residential complex with a large green area, community pool and a tennis court. The pool is open from May to late September. There are 4 loungers and pool toys available in the garage.
From the balcony of the bright and modern apartment you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains beyond. The residence is located on the slope of Monte Legnone in the rural district of Laghetto - uphill, agricultural products can be bought directly from the producer.
From the apartment you can reach the town center of Colico in 15 minutes on foot or after a short drive, with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and bars on the lake, playground, beaches, various water sports and the marina. There are three gently sloping pebble / sandy beaches in the village: one in the district of Laghetto on the idyllic, almost closed Piona Bay, west of the town center a lido and east of the town center a surf beach with a large lawn and surf center / school. Just outside is a mall with a large supermarket and a variety of shops. On the way there is Europe's largest indoor go-kart track.

The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling. Whether mountain biking in the mountains or leisurely cycling on the 115 km of cycle paths between Colico and the north-east Bormio through the nature by the lake and along the Adda - there is something for every taste.

In winter, day tours to nearby ski areas can be undertaken. The Valchiavenna-Madesimo / Campodolcino winter sports area in the north is at an altitude of 1,550 to 2,948 m and is equally popular with skiers and snowboarders due to the different levels of difficulty of its terrain and its slopes. To the east towards Sondrio is the Alta Valtellina ski area with a height of up to 3450 m and extensive slopes and cross-country trails.

Our apartment is on two levels and offers sleeping facilities for 4 people. We will be happy to provide an additional bed for toddlers up to 3 years by arrangement.

Lower level: well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, bubbler, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Behind a small hallway with built-in wardrobe, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with toilet and bidet. Access to the balcony is possible from both the kitchen and the bedroom.

Attic with wooden beams: beautiful living area with fireplace, TV, table set, games collection, another bedroom with 2 single beds and an additional bathroom with large bathtub, toilet and bidet.

Single garage and outdoor parking space.

Arrival in Colico: by car via the Splügen Pass or St. Moritz, alternatively by plane to Milano Linate, Milano Malpensa or Bergamo Orio al Serio and then by rental car. Colico has its own train station and can also be reached by train from Milano - but a car on site is recommended.
