  • Cascate del Diborrato - Parco fluviale dell'Elsa Inside the residential area of Colle Val d'Elsa is a historic and natural landscape of enormous value thanks to the Elsa River which crosses the Val d'Elsa creating a unique territory. The river creates enchanting corners for hiking and observing: the engineering works for gathering water, the artifical canal system for carrying the water to the city, the caves. A particularly suggestive point is the Diborrato water falls, a 15m jump which is more than 10m deep, a sort of small lake where the locals used to go to cool off. Other places not to miss are the Grotta dell'Orso, the Conchina, the Masso Bianco, the Nicchia and the Spianata dei Falchi, each with its own particularities. This natural richness has been recognized with the institution of a protected area in the River Park of the Upper Val d'Elsa which includes the path of the river from the city of Colle Val d'Elsa which stretches from Ponte Santa Giulia to Ponte di Spugna and includes the Caldane, thermal springs which were known to the Etruscans and Romans.

Very cozy place for my one night stay in the Tuscany Countryside. Room is clean the tidy, pool looks amazing but weather was too chilly to use on my day of arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again. P.S. the cat is cute and friendly

La dépendance est un peu éloignée mais superbe! Piscine privatisée pour les 5 logements. Top. Dommage que la demipension et le petit déjeuner ne pouvait pas etre assurés en cette saison car pas assez de clients.

bliss in Tuscany

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The apartment unit in the main building was great for 4 people, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool was a great way to cool down at the end of a hot day and was super clean. We even got to use the bbq on the property, very fun. The on-site restaurant is not to be missed. 22euro for a 4 course meal including wine. Menu changes daily. Beds a tad uncomfortable.

Appartamento su due livelli con angolo cottura fornito di tutto il necessario. Camera da letto ampia e possibilita di regolare autonomamente il riscaldamento. Peccato per il letto cigolante per il resto tutto ok. Struttura immersa nel verde disponibili per i bimbi un’altalena sull’albero e due porticine da calcetto.

Great trip

We rented two apartments, both were in a great condition and comfortable. We used it as a base for our wine tasting trip in the heart of Chianti Classical part of Tuscany Set in beautiful countryside, deer in the adjacent fields it is a very peaceful setting with some fabulous restaurants in the nearby towns
