「I made the mistake of digging deep into reading the reviews AFTER booking the home (not my finest moment). Some doubt and concern began to sit in but it was too late to change our minds. All of that to say...we were pleasantly surprised to see that any of the previous complaints regarding this property have been addressed: brand new couch, clean sheets, etc. While they can't do much about the seedy neighborhood, we weren't too worried about it since the fire department was within eye shot of one...
