Excellent service, the rooms were very clean and pleasant, the lobby and breakfast were great, a very nice hotel for families. The young woman who attended to us at reception when we arrived at night was very attentive, kind, and a lovely person !!!!

I stayed for the BCS Marathon, this is my go-to hotel every year that I participate in this Marathon due to its location, amazing and accommodating staff, and delicious breakfast. I've been staying at this hotel for this specific event for about 5 years now and they have never let me down. Thank you Country Inn & Suites team

We visited for Santas wonderland and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was so friendly. The a/c and heat worked well and was quiet. The bed was so comfortable. The hot water stayed hot for the full 1 hour shower! Breakfast was delicious with such a wide variety. We loved the buiscuts and gravy. It was overall a wonderful experience and we will be back!

What a treat and pleasant surprise! I came from San Antonio with my family to visit the Santa's wonderland light show and I was not expecting much but the staff at Country Inn & Suites went above and beyond for my family. They provided complimentary bottled water with no limit, there was cookies and the evening, the front desk staff saw that we had a large family and gave us a complimentary upgrade so that we would have more space. My family and I will make sure to tell our friends about this location and we plan to come back next December!

Property is tired. Parking lot lights did not work. Water pressure super strong, but painful in shower. Room had strong odor akin to sour milk. Son found crumbs in his bed. Bed was comfortable. Coffee in morning was hot and tasty. Staff was friendly.

Service at check-in was excellent. Ms Dee was attentive to all and acknowledged every one who came in, while taking care of a couple of problems at the same time. The property is old but seems clean; the breakfast was good. I only had coffee and a muffin but there is cereal and pancakes plus fruit if you want other goodies.

Great place to stay

It was by far the best hotel we have stayed at on our trip. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff friendly. The breakfast had a large selection and was very tasty.

Room was clean and tidy. There were only hand towels, no bath towels. No hand soap at the sink. The phone was not working so I had to go down to the desk for info or request. The pool was seasonally closed but I found no notice of this wgen I made the reservarion. This was an overnight stay so nothing was a major issue but still a little disappointing

The pool was great! We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is the housekeeping never showed up and the trash piled up in our room and there were not other trash cans we can throw it ourselves in. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much!
