Favorite place close to TAMU

This was our second visit to this property, this time over the thanksgiving weekend. Very comfortable and close to TAMU. I hope to stay again in the future.

Cute and convenient!

Spent a great three days enjoying College Station at this convenient, well appointed loft. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen/bathroom had all of the necessities and the A/C was very appreciated! We golfed twice nearby, enjoyed BBQ and exploring campus (especially the football game).

Close to Campus, Perfect Accommodations

You can tell the host cares. It was impeccable. The loft space was ideal for our stay while my son had a swim meet at A&M. We were able to walk to campus easily. The area was quiet and the accomodations were excellent. We really appreciated the extra treats/snacks. Definitely will stay here again next year.

Our stay was wonderful as the studio was comfortable, clean and at a great location! Would definitely choose this restful spot again! The large upper deck was great for sitting out with a cup of coffee. The hosts were very gracious and welcoming!

Wonderful experience!!

My husband and I came into town for game day and had the wonderful opportunity to stay at Oakwood. Our hosts were incredibly hospitable, providing us with everything we could ever need, and more! We were a short 15-minute walk from Kyle Field in a beautifully kept and safe neighborhood. Moreover, our stay was comfortable— from soft bathroom towels to the zucchini bread left for us in the refrigerator. It felt like we walked into my folk’s home and were greeted by kindness and relaxation. We hope to be back soon to visit Aggieland! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Perfect Weekend Stay

Can't say enough about how great this property was. Owners thought of everything in terms of amenities. Beautiful, historic neighborhood within walking distance of A&M campus so we avoided nightmarish parking on campus on a busy game day!
