For the most part when we travel, we are looking for a clean and safe place to sleep. I do not need a fancy facility with a beautiful pool and outstanding breakfast spread. This was definitely not a fancy hotel, but it was what we needed and served our purpose. The mgt at the Days Inn was friendly and courteous, and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location in Collinsville was great.

The room was clean, bathroom needed a remodel. Hole in shower wall- toilet didn’t flush properly- fan loud. Breakfast was more of a grab and go - not much to offer. Good location- right off interstate - 15 min to downtown St Louis. Pool looked great but said it was out of service. Overall served its purpose for driving thru area.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious rooms all at a great price! Breakfast was definitely minimal but they were going through construction, which made the lobby a little dusty as expected. Pool was not working due to replacing a handicap chair but I was notified via email before my stay. Customer service was excellent. Already booked for same event next year!

The staff were pleasant, but when checked in all that was told to us was where to park and the location of our room, nothing about breakfast. There was no info in the hotel room that went over this either so we had to ask. The hotel itself was updated, but could use a little work on room cleaning as walking on the floors kept dragging particles into our beds from our feet. Also, one of our "clean" washclothes had small black hairs all over it. I'm not sure if that came from where it was folded and layed out or where I had placed it in the shower (thankfully I saw it before use). That all being said, the hotel was what we expected for the price and the update made it better than when we stayed a couple years ago. The location is perfect for the convention center and it was a totally fine hotel for a 1 night stay.
