Unfortunately, paint is peeling from the walls in every room. There was dust buildup on the refrigerator and microwave. The carpet in the halls really need to be replaced.

Staff spoke very little english. Had to wait to see is the handicapped room was ready, from being supposedly deep cleaned. There were cracks in the ceiling ,that had been haphazardly plastered over and was chippy. There was blue paint chipping off the wall and the veneer on the door was peeling off.

Not honoring reservation, plus long wait to get a room (over an hour). Finally they transfer me to sister property that was not part of La Quinta.

Would not recommend staying here. The service is horrible, and the rooms are just as terrible. I traveled as a family of four with two small children. The room was so dirty/out of date. I had my children stay on the bed. Chipped, paint and chipped … Pet for on the bed board and cat litter in between the bed and nightstand. Extremely disgusting. Pay the extra $15 to stay somewhere nicer. The next day we stayed at the Hampton Inn and it was fabulous and only $10 more a crazy difference.

The room was absolutely filthy. Dust on everything. Brown cobwebs on the ceiling. BLACK mold all over the refrigerator. ALL of the linens were stained. Muddy dog footprints on the sheets. Shoe prints on the towels. The mirror was all smeared. Hair in the bathtub. Seriously the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

The room came with two towels and when I went to the front desk in the morning, I was told there were no extra towels as they were all dirty at that moment. There were also two bugs inside the Keurig machine in my room. Also, the toilet would not flush well. I flushed 5 times and the toilet paper never flushed down the toilet.

Staff was Amazing upon check-in. So grateful they allowed cash deposit, especially after my card was stolen. I stopped by another hotel I've stayed at previously and was not willing to work with me. They were very adamant about having a card on file for deposit 🙄. I would most definitely stay at this location in the future.

Garbage ownership. Booked a double bed room a week in advance only to drive 4 hours there for the girl at the counter to tell me they only have a king size bed available. I have a family of 4 and that’s not going to happen. She told me that was a normal thing and didn’t even apologize. They found me a room at another property they own and it’s only a 2 star hotel and they didn’t refund me the difference between the 2. These people are scum and they run the hotel the cheapest way possible. Will gladly pay triple the price to never come here again. Any hotel owned by SNPL, LLC should be avoided like the plague.

Our room had furniture that was damaged and paint flaking off the walls in spots. I had to get 2 light bulbs from the front desk to replace burnt out ones over the sink.
