Check in was fine, I had my dog with me, she put us as far away from the entrance, 3 rd floor last room on that floor. So when the dog needed to go out we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs and that back stairway was filthy I doubt it has been vacuumed in months, the carpet was black in places. The room had no wash cloths or hand towels only 2 bath towels. They really need to invest in some decent pillows, king bed with pillows about 15x10, tiny pillows. The room was inexpensive but I expected to at least have the basics.

I was in the parking lot waiting to check in and the police came to my car and asked me 20 questions and said a suspect was in the same car as me .. this is my 4 stay in the last couple of weeks and I felt harassed by the police

The entire 3rd floor smelled like weed and the shower did not have enough pressure to rinse our hair. I can not stress enough how horrible the shower was... With that said the room was clean and the evening front desk guy was very nice.

None of the major TV channels were working throughout the hotel. The WIFI was unreliable. The facility in general and the room were not well cleaned. The staff didn't know or couldn't fix the issues and basically shrugged off the matter. We left. We called Expedia in the moment for a refund but that was not allowed due to a non-refundable booking (which should not apply to a substandard 'product' which had a rating of 7).

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was not so grreat. But the upkeep, lack of cleanliness, dirty carpets, needs painting everwhere, furniture a mess and on and on. At least our dog only cost 20.00.

It was all good until last night when we had young kids get the room next to us, blasting music at midnight screaming at the top of their lungs filling the halls with the smell of marijuana after multiple complaints the person working the counter just wouldn’t go up to tell them to knock it off. I even offered to be downgraded a room just to be able to sleep but they refused. The hotel is nice, the staff just doesn’t care enough about you to give a good review. I paid about 170 for 3 nights, and apparently with that price you don’t even get a bar of soap, if that’s saying anything.

I reserved and paid for the room online. Upon arrival, I was required to pay a $100 deposit for incidentals, which felt unusually high for this particular hotel and was not clearly communicated beforehand. The bathroom itself was clean, but the rest of the room needed attention. The carpet did not appear to be vacuumed, light fixtures were very dirty, cabinets were worn with peeling paint, and there were visible dirty spots on the walls. There was also a strong mildew smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the staff was excellent—very polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and it was good but this time I was disappointed. The hallway on the 2nd floor where my room was, smelled bad. There weren't many guests at the hotel but for some reason I was booked right next to another guest on the same floor. Ordinarily this wouldn't have been a problem, but this guest was very noisy and kept me awake. On Christmas morning I was awakened by very loud arguing and cursing that went on for a while. The room was very scuffed up with previous damage from past guest. My stay wasn't good like my previous stay, and I was very uncomfortable. I honestly want a refund.

Arrived at 1:15. Check-in still not complete completed by 1:35. The overnight clerk cannot figure out how to charge me for the $100 room deposit. Finally, she gave up and was able to give me my room key. The elevator floor was caked with dirt. The third floor smelled like somebody had left wet laundry in the dryer for multiple days. Then, when I got to my room, The heating/air did not work. Went downstairs to ask for a different room and they were all booked. Asked for a refund and they were not able to process the refund at that time. Ended up charging me a second time. Do not stay here.
