Very good value for a great hotel. Definitely one of the best Leonardo hotels I've stayed in. The surroundings are really beautiful - a park with a lake and easy walk to the tram into the city centre. Highly recommended.

We went to stay for the euros so double the usual cost and well over priced , rooms 3 star , lovely staff , not a pretty hotel but great position and the back onto the park is lovely . Plenty of parking easy access to main centre 19 mins on the tram But does need updating

+ Restaurant was good. + Bathroom was below average, with small shower with inwards collapsing doors. No bathtub, no slippers. +Bed was clean and comfortable. + Tv was OK, a bit outdated (can't connect your devices) + Employees were warm. + Small maintenance going on in some floors, but not too much and it was communicated in elevators.

I feel that this property is not worth the price I paid for. No breakfast or fitness center. Breakfast price is 23 Euro per person. Most of all I did not like the way receptionist treated us; no smile and it seemed like he was not happy about our stay with them and answered my questions in an unpleasant manner. They also had some issues with cleanliness. Location of the hotel is in a great place which gives you a lot of options. An emergency door to our hallway was not secured and people kept slamming the door which was very annoying and its stairs was nasty. Their lobby was not well decorated or suitable to spend some quality time.

Very good location and worth for money

The hotel is from the sixties but in good refurbished condition. We really enjoyed the location of it - really in the park in one of the better and more green parts of Köln, exellent jogging in the park which is truly lovely. Lots of cozy restaurants in the neighborhood and very close to both bus and tram to the city center. Would definitely stay here again.
