「The property was clean, well-stocked, well-maintained, and had fun, quirky, artsy, decor. Beautiful sunflowers, fresh garden tomatoes as a perk. The host was immediately reaponsive to inquiries and questions. Benton Harbor is, unfortunately, a rather blighted town. It was obviously a lovely area at one point. That said, it's right next door to St Joe, and we love coming here every year with the kids. 」

The only complaint I have was the internet.. not sure how you can have such bad internet in 2024. Couldn’t stream anything on the smart TVs. Overall this property was very nice and had a perfect yard for our dogs. 」

「This very nice beach house is located a block or so from Lake Michigan & although there is awful beach erosion, the sunset views were incredible! There are so many Lake Michigan beaches so close to the house - it literally took us less than 10 minutes to get to several! Also, proximity to Phoenix Street and historic downtown South Haven was wonderful! The house sits on a beautiful lot and you have no neighbors close by so it's very quiet! 「We enjoyed our stay. Cottage had everything we needed and in a quiet neighborhood very close to South Beach and town. Nicely remodeled and clean. Well stocked with supplies….kitchen and baths had soaps, shampoo, towels, etc…..also nice washer and dryer. High end appliances…and a hookup outside to charge the golf cart. Nice amenities….would stay again!」
