“Pros: Zentrale Lage & Raumaufteilung & Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Cons: Leider ging bei uns im Badezimmer das Licht nicht. Da das Badezimmer kein Fenster hat war dies semi optimal. Dies haben wir auch sofort dem Host gemeldet. Leider wurde sich innerhalb von 7 Tagen nicht mehr darum gekümmert. Die Betten und die Sitzmöbel sollten mal erneuert werden. Diese waren leider sehr durchgesessen”

“Schönes Haus in guter Lage. Unser Apartment war groß und sauber. Enttäuschend war, dass viele Geräte und andere Dinge nicht funktioniert haben: das Ofenblech hat nicht gepasst, sodass wir den Ofen nur schlecht nutzen konnten. Spül-, Wasch- und Kaffeemaschine haben alle nicht gut funktioniert. Es gab keine Sonnenschirme, weil die Füße kaputt waren. Am Tag vom Check-in konnten wir die Vermieter nicht erreichen. Aber die Reinigungskraft war da und hat uns rein gelassen.”

“All communication with Tanja was great with speedy replies and helpful information. The apartment is well looked after and has clean, fresh linens. Balcony is a good size and plenty of room for 4 of us! The people watching opportunities from the balcony vantage point were great! There is noise of hustle and bustle from the beach but it's very quiet at night and we slept very well! The location is fantastic, near to all the restaurants and shops. "I absolutely loved my stay at Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc – everything was amazing! I would definitely come back to Mallorca just to stay here again. We stayed for two day and one night, honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel! There were plenty of sun loungers and cozy spots to relax and sunbathe, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach – super convenient. The room was spotless and beautifully prepared, with so many thoughtful touches. They provided a beach bag and large towels (which smelled amazing – like home!), making us feel really well looked after. There were also different activities available for guests, which was a lovely bonus. One of the staff members even helped us send a postcard — such a kind and thoughtful gesture, we truly appreciated it. The views were stunning, the vibe was peaceful and relaxing, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the check-out time. We really wished we could have stayed just a little longer before leaving — that’s how much we loved being there! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a beautiful, laid-back, and well-designed place to enjoy your holiday!"
