「No information about being two different rentals in one place: one being a hotel and the other one a flat owned privately property. No parking available and felt "discriminated" by not being able to "enjoy" the place. The whole structure needs renovation urgently. Although it seems like there is some renovation going on everywhere it should have been better for the price. Staff were great! The room we stayed was moldy and smelling.」

「Breakfast served daily even on holidays. Staff very friendly and helpful with all questions. For convenience, they should consider providing a map of local businesses a visitor may need: supermarket, laundry, cash exchange, etc. Also, the hotel is right on St Sebastian square, along with bars and restaurants that host bands regularly. 「Unsafe Hygiene - We stayed twice a week apart. Room 2 on the 2nd floor was OK, albeit the ceiling leaked and the toilet is dated. The second stay we had to stay on the ground floor; it’s basically unusable. We found rat feces in the bed, replacement room had windows that won’t close, open air bathroom to street, room full of mosquitos, mold on walls, flood damaged flooring. 「I stayed a few hours, found a different Hotel and left. I wouldn't recommend staying here, at all. The place is filthy starting with the Walls, the bathroom is miniature and dirty. Ridiculously noisy. As a solo traveler, I did not feel safe in the least. The whole set up gave me fugitive on the run vibes, big time. 「The lodge is located just 20 minutes boat ride from the Manaus airport, convenient yet not feel much staying in the jungle. The activites provided by the lodge are done within the area of 10 minutes boat ride, so staying three days will be enough to try all activities. 」

「We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights before going for a 3D2N Amazon jungle trip. The stay was pleasant as the room was spacious and comfortable with sight of the Theatre House which was in close vicinity. The staff was helpful and nice to settle our queries and problem encountered. The breakfast was ample and tasty. Great location, excellent staffs, fantastic restaurant and reasonable pricing...so lucky we changed our plan the last minute that we decide to stay with Villa Amazonia in Manaus to refresh up after leaving the jungle. 「No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying...
