We had a facial and it was fantastic. Our biggest complaint was the noisy bar. It was not relaxing. There was a loud party that had their own private room but were in the bar. It was terrible.

I cannot recommend this hotel at all. Absolutely horrible from the physical room to the breakfast. The front desk staff or helpless.

New!! Woodcrest Cottage - Close to Tri-Cities
Outstanding host, very attentive to needs, answered all question! Very good location. Very cozy place. Hot water and showers were excellent. Would recommend and stay here again! Thank you

Gorgeous 2-bedroom cabin on the Watauga River!
The location of the property was not as pictured in listing. No soap, shampoo in unit as stated under amenities and bed make a squeaking noise with any movement.
