Great front desk staff!! Other than the guy who barely acknowledged me and only took out one earbud to talk to me and seemed bother that I had inte was really great friendly and professional. Room was very comfy and spacious.

We loved the location as it was close to theaters, restaurants and attractions. The hotel has an old world feel and the staff was always welcoming and responsive to our concern about hot water. The room was small but adequate. We liked having a bureau to put our clothes in. We hope to return.

The room itself was beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. We especially loved the floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping around the entire room, which offered a stunning, panoramic view of the city. The staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the late checkout they kindly provided. Although bottled water, tea, and coffee were provided, we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. Additionally, the fridge didn’t seem to be functioning—possibly it wasn’t plugged in—which was a bit inconvenient. It didn’t impact us too much since we didn’t end up needing it, but I could see how this might be frustrating for other guests. Overall, we loved the room and would definitely book again in the future!
