"The room was upgraded to a 2 bed from 1 bed, a pleasant surprise. There are two bathrooms. The room has good facilities and amenities, including all you need for making a meal; and salt and pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The oven trays are dirty from previous usage, so I told the reception. ..."

"First impressions were very good and the room I stayed in looked impressive however, there were many issues inside the room from, TV would not switch on, the kettle did not work at all when I came to use it on the morning. Some of the lighting didn't work, the room seemed to be next to a generator ..."
