"Everything was good but the phone didn’t work in the room. Being disabled that can be a problem. Other than that staff was super nice and helpful and the property was clean and updated. And the food was really good at the cutting board restaurant. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Property is a little older so not easy to get really clean. Breakfast was good and most staff was friendly and accommodating. I recommend putting your things away each day. We had some clothing taken with the dirty towels and they were unable to find it. They did nothing to help. "

"We got a room on a second floor. We are two seniors and we had problems with the stairs from the very beginning then when we got to the room, one thing that was nice was the size of the room but otherwise everything was just totally old and had nicks and cracks! When we went for breakfast, which I thought was going to be breakfast, the only thing I was told that they had was coffee well to me that is not a breakfast. I will not stay there again."

"The corner suite was magnificent. It was clean and had plenty of space for my family to wind down for the weekend. The views were pretty good but the trees were a bit overgrown (probably from the wet winter) so it was a little difficult to see the lake. The staff was amazing (Frances and Michelle assisted with check in and check out). They were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Jenna was great as well! The outdoor area by the pool was very nice and it was great seeing all the other families spending quality time together too. They had a movie room and we watched Shrek. We didn’t get to use the spa but definitely will give it a shot next time. The close proximity to the Village was wonderful. About a 3 minute walk. We were able to grab dinner at the lake front restaurant and get breakfast at McDonald’s before we hit the road in the morning. The Stater Bros was so good to have. We were able to grab some snacks for the kids and a bottle or two to enjoy on the balcony at night. The housekeepers were so kind and did a great job as well. Beds were very comfortable too. On to the only negative: The game room could use some improvement or additional machines. The change machine was broken and there was no change on site. We had to walk to the Stater Bros to get change (slightly inconvenient but really not that big of a deal)"

"Staff did nothing after the room next to us was blasting music. She apparently called but after the music only got louder. We ending up leaving and it wasn't until we were out the door and i mentioned she didn't even offer a different room and then she said"
